1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the ExamGuruji mobile application ("App") or accessing our web services at examguruji.in ("Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

ExamGuruji provides educational preparation material, including chapter-wise MCQs, timed computer-based mock tests, revision notes, performance analytics, and daily public recruitment alerts for Indian examinations (such as CBSE Classes 9-12, SSC, Railway RRB, and State examinations).

3. User Accounts & Security

• You must provide accurate and verifiable information when creating an account or logging in via OTP.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials.
• Sharing account credentials with multiple non-family members or attempting to resell platform access is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate suspension.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All original questions, software code, UI designs, brand marks, and explanatory notes created by ExamGuruji are the proprietary property of ExamGuruji Learning Solutions. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, distribute, scrape, or extract platform content for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.

5. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds (Pro Pass)

While core practice questions and daily job alerts are free, certain premium features (such as Pro Pass mock test series, unlimited AI Doubt Solver, and downloadable PDF capsules) may require purchase.

• All payments are securely processed through RBI-approved payment gateways or Google Play In-App Billing.
• Refund Policy: If you experience technical defects preventing access to purchased content, you may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase by writing to [email protected].

6. Acceptable Use Policy

When using ExamGuruji, you agree NOT to:

• Engage in abusive, harassing, or defamatory language in community discussion boards or doubt forums.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to flood our servers or disrupt online test sessions.
• Attempt to bypass security features, DRM protections, or access administrative portals without authorization.

7. Limitation of Liability

ExamGuruji strives to provide accurate questions and timely job alerts. However, we do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted or error-free. We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from examination results or recruitment outcomes.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
