The CBSE 10th Revaluation Form 2020 is a little bit different from other examination rechecking/re-evaluation process. After getting a huge number of complaints from students, parents, and schools, in 2014 CBSE decided to introduce the revaluation process. Here you will find two different processes of Revaluation.
- Reevaluation (Re-addition)
- Rechecking

Different Steps of cbse.nic.in rechecking/revaluation process
Mainly in CBSE, you will find three different stages of Re-evaluation and rechecking process. They are as follows:
- Mark sheet Verification
- Answer sheet Photo Copy
- Re-Evaluation / Rechecking Application
Dear candidates, you must note that step 1 is mandatory to apply step-2 and step 2 is compulsory to apply step-3. So you have to go through one by one step.
Marks Sheet Verification
As like class XII mark sheet verification process, the candidates have to pay the application fee of Rs.500 per subject.
Note that, you have to fill the application form online only. Offline mode of application will be rejected.
If your mark increases or decreases then, you will receive an E-mail or Speed Post from your regional CBSE office. If no change in marks happens, then there will no mail/post will reach you. But you can visit the official website cbse.nic.in to check your Marksheet verification status.
After mark sheet verification, if you are not still satisfied with your result then you can go for the Answer sheet Photo Copy process.
CBSE Answer sheet Photo Copy
In this step, you will get the photocopy of your answer sheet. Those who have applied for the Mark sheet verification can only apply for the Answer sheet photocopy. There will be a processing fee of Rs.700 per subject will be charged.

CBSE 10th Revaluation Form 2020
This is the final step in this process. In this process, you can challenge any particular question. Here you must know that you can challenge only the theory portion and can select a maximum of 10 questions. You have to pay the processing fee of Rs.100/- per question.
The final CBSE 10th Revaluation result will be published on CBSE results website.

Payment Mode
As I discussed above, all the processes are going to be online. Hence, all the payments are going to be online. You have to use Debit card/Credit Card/ Net Banking/ UPI payment mode. Other than these payments no other mode of payments is accepted.
Info: Friends, don’t try to make any offline/DD/Bank transfer. Because CBSE strictly mentioned that no other payments are accepted.
How to Apply for CBSE 10th class Revaluation Form?
- Firstly, visit the official website of CBSE (i.e cbse.nic.in)
- Now navigate to the Class X re-addition link.
- After that create a CBSE class X re-checking account.
- Next, click on the marks Verification link.
- Fill the application with all your details like Roll Number, name, and subject to be verified.
- Once you fill the application, pay the application fee as per your subject.
- After successful payment, take a print out of the receipt.
- Within some days you will receive the Marks verification result through the mail.

The 10th Revaluation process will start from 19th July 2020 and will end on 21st July.
No, I will not recommend you to apply for revaluation. Because there may be some silly mistake in your paper.
